Our Farm
Doolin Farm Direct is family run enterprise with stock being reared on the farm by the Nagle family. We have reared quality cattle and sheep on our farm in Doolin on Clare’s Atlantic coast for generations. Doolin Farm Direct is newly formed in 2009 and we have decided to sell our produce direct to the consumer. We believe customers want to know where and how their meat is produced. At Doolin Farm Direct, we only sell our own beef, reared under our own high welfare conditions. Aberdeen Angus cattle are renowned for producing tender, flavoursome, juicy beef.

Our beef is dry aged to tenderise the meat and reduces moisture content, concentrating the flavour and preventing shrinkage during cooking.

We have been ever present in the Rural Environmental Protection Scheme since its inception in the 1990's.

Selling direct to the consumer allows us to gain direct feedback from our customers, which helps us improve our product and service. Being involved in every aspect of the supply-chain enables us to guarantee top quality beef with real flavour and real nutrition.
