Due to the nature of the beast and cuts available we regret that we cannot make changes to the amount of striploins, fillets, sirloins or Rib eye available.

Collection:

Box orders can be collected at the farmers Markets: Friday Kinvara & Saturday Ennistymon, or they can be delivered in our refrigerated van to your home.

All our meat is prepared fresh and vacuum packed.
